Company Metal Seal
This is the official seal (with company name and registration number) designed to authenticate any contract or document issued by the company. Set up cost is £25 .

Corporate Secretary
Every Limited company needs to have at least one secretary. The nominee company secretary service is designed for the director who does not wish to involve family members or friends. The Nominee secretary does not have any involvement in the day to day operation of the business and does not become a signatory to any bank accounts. Set up cost is £50 .

Dedicated Telephone
For a dedicated telephone service there is a set up cost of £75. You will have your own telephone number and our staff will answer on your own company's name. All messages will be transferred to by the most appropriate means. You will be charged for all outside calls we make to you. Price quoted is for one month advance service £35 + set up fees £75.

Dormant Accounts
Every company is required by law to complete and file annual accounts in a format which is acceptable to Companies House. Even companies that have not traded must still file a balance sheet. There are automatic penalties for the late filing of accounts and directors can be prosecuted. Along with filing your dormant account with Companies House we will also file your tax return to the Inland Revenue. Set up cost is £30.

Mail Forwarding
OPTION 1 - This service is dedicated to clients who are expecting few mails every month. We will ensure that your correspondence is redirected to you in due course. All postal charges will be billed to you on a monthly basis. A deposit of £55 is needed to cover the postage and handling charges (£0.60 for every mail). This services is payable in advance on a quarterly basis.

Name Change
Application is made on your behalf to change the company's name. This process can take up to 7 working days. Set up cost is £25 .

Registered Office
A registered office is the address where all the statutory documents pertaining to your company are kept. Documents relating to legal process (e.g. writs, summonses) can be served on the company by leaving it at or sending it by post to the registered office of the company. We provide a registered office service at our London Bridge Office, where all your official mail will be posted. Set up cost is £85 .
