Lincroft Associates has made it very simple to create your company using our step-by-step guide.
Step 1 -Company Search:
In the FREE NAME CHECK box, enter your preferred company name and select which type of company you need. Once you press enter, our system will validate the propose company name. If the chosen name is reserved or is already existing then a message will be displayed on top of the search box advising you accordingly. If the preferred name is unique and free to use then the system will allow you to proceed.

Step 2 -Company Type:
Our on-line company search will display the result for the company name search operation. In the SELECT SERVICE list box choose the type of company e.g
- PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (PLC)
- LIMITED COMPANY BY SHARES (LCS)
- LIMITED COMPANY BY GUARANTEE (LC)
Once you have selected your company type press CONTINUE which is at the bottom of the page.

Step 3 -Choose a package:
Lincroft Associated has create a very simple way to start your business. Our package option comprised of:
Choose any of the package which will suite your requirement. Each package option has is a certified the minimum and the maximum of services added to each package. Click on the appropriate package. This will be step 4.
Step 4 -Registration of your contact details.
In step 4 you need to enter your contact details which will be used by office to post all the legal papers and certificates. You need to enter the following details:
- Your Name.
- Address.
- Town.
- Post Code.
- Select Your Country.
- Telephone.
- E-mail.
- Enter Password.
- Confirmed Password.
To select your delivery address please enable the check button. Then press the SUBMIT button. Please note that if you are a register customer you can click on the link at the bottom of the page “Existing user click here to login “.

Step 5 -Registration option
Registration page is optional and it has additional desirable features for your complete business suite. We have in cooperate the same day delivery but an additional £30 pounds of extra charges.
In the registration option you have to chose two option
- Fast track Registration.
- Detail track Registration.
Fast track is when you want to change directors, shareholder later. After your company have already created.
Detail track specify your own secretary , shareholder and directors. In this step there are some few additional steps involved.

Please read carefully and the address you want to select

DETAIL REGISTRATION
- Add Company Secretary (Optional).
- Add Company Directors.
- Add Company Share Holder if applicable.
To setup a new company you will require to fill in all the company secretary details, followed by the company director details and the share holders.
Step 7 -Payment
This is the last step of the company formation which allow you to choose your mode of payment. You can pay by Pay by check or Pay by Card. Click on your option to proceed with the the transaction
