In order to get a certificate of Incorporation for your company you need to apply to the Registrar (known as Companies House in the UK) using the proper forms and of course paying the respective government fees. It is not a difficult process, since you have all the application forms available online as well as the guides to help you. First thing first you have to ensure that the name you want to use to register your company is not already taken by someone else. With the new system in place since October 2009 you will need the form called IN01 which can be downloaded from Companies house website. You will have to pay Companies house £40 for a new incorporation which can take up to 7 working days to incorporate. You have to make sure that the application form is completed accordingly to avoid having it rejected because this can take more than the 7 days. All parties to the proposed company should give their consent on the form after completing the form with personal details such as date of birth, nationality, occupation etc. test
